- It's of Bitter gourd - sliced & cleaned.
- You need of Garlic - 2 cloves - sliced.
- It's of Onion - 1 small - sliced.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds,cumin,urad & fenugreek (mix) -.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Corriender powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 3 tbls of Coconut milk.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
Bitter Gourd stir fry step by step
- Add oil in pan. Add onion,spice mix, garlic. Stir & fry until onion yurn golden brown..
- Add bitter gourd. Stir. Add chilli powder, corriender powder, turmeric powder. Stir. Add water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt. Stir. Add coconut milk. Stir. Let it cook for 2 minutes. (Low flame).
