- It's 1 of egg.
- You need 3 tbsp of sugar.
- It's 1 pinch of baking soda.
- You need 1/2 cup of flour.
- You need 2 tbsp of milk.
- Prepare 1 of little bit of honey to drizzle.
Trust me… no butter pancakes are seriously so good you won't even notice. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil. In a small bowl, beat oil or butter, water and egg.
Pancakes without butter instructions
- Separate egg white and egg yolk into different bowls.
- Add sugar and milk to the egg yolk and mix.
- Add the flour and baking soda to the egg white.
- Then pour the egg yolk mixture into the other bowl and mix.
- Add a tiny bit of vegetable oil to the pan and heat it up.
- Pour as much batter as you want onto the pan and flip once the sides turn Golden brown, make sure you flip it on time before the pancakes burn.
- Then drizzle some honey on top of your beautiful pancakes and enjoy.
- I decided to sprinkle some sugar cubes on mine as well.
