- You need 4 of Potatoes.
- It's 1-2 of Onions.
- Prepare 2 cloves of Garlic *crushed.
- You need 300-400 g of Lamb *thinly sliced, or use off-cuts.
- You need of Stock of your choice.
- Prepare of Salt as required.
- You need 2 tablespoons of Mirin.
- You need 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Frozen Peas.

- Cut the thinly sliced Lamb into bite size. (*Today I used off-cut Lamb pieces.) Cut Potatoes into 4 to 5cm pieces, and Onion(s) 1-2cm strips..
